Durante o período do curso foi desenvolvido técnicas de corte e quanto ao processamento aplicaram a manipulação de embutidos, como lingüiças defumadas, bacon, costelinhas, lombo, e ainda, foram defumados peixes e frango. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Vale ressaltar que o curso foi motivado pelos parceiros como o Sindicato dos Trabalhadores Rurais que doou o animal e o Sindicato dos Produtores Rurais que sempre apóia os projetos desenvolvidos pela Emater. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Segundo a Extensionista de Bem Estar Social, Márcia Helena Barbosa, que ministrou o curso afirma que, “o curso abriu novos horizontes, dado que muitos profissionais mesmo com vários anos de experiência puderam observar o que de novo se discute na área de alimentos, como melhoria da apresentação do produto, orientação de manipulação e higiene, bem como no bem estar animal que impacta diretamente na qualidade da carne”. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; O curso teve o acompanhamento do veterinário Walter Pádua Neto, que trabalha com inspeção de carne, leite e assistência técnica em Iturama e região, falou da importância da higienização da carne aos participantes do curso. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; De acordo com a aluna do curso Neuza Gonçalves, “o curso foi excelente, pois, pude conhecer novas técnicas de corte e de higiene. Outro fator positivo é que o curso foi bastante prático e tivemos a oportunidade de manusear as carnes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white;
